What are eyelash extensions?

It is important that when you clarify that you provide lash extensions as a salon technician, they are INDIVIDUALLY APPLIED lash extensions, ie one lash glued onto one of the clients natural lashes. Many salons will market their salon as performing eyelash extensions when in fact they are temporary lashes that last for a temporary period (up to two weeks). Lash extensions should never be considered eyelash extensions if the synthetic lash is applied to more than ONE natural lash at a time.

Each synthetic lash will adhere to each natural lash using a PROFESSIONAL ADHESIVE for a lengthy period of time, ie 4 weeks plus, ideally the full period of the lash life.

There are different types of lash extension applications, some of which are offered by salons with different rates charged for each.

  1. Classic eyelash extensions
  2. Russian volume eyelash extensions
  3. Pre made/pre fanned volume eyelash extensions

In short

Lash House is happy to offer customers a return or an exchange for items purchased within the last 30 days. Returns or exchanges are accepted on unopened & unused goods only, returned in as new condition with no damage.

Exchange or Change of Mind

If you wish to exchange your item/s please follow these easy steps:

  • Contact our Lash team on hello@lashhouse.com.au 
  • If you are canceling your order because you've changed your mind, please note that you will have to pay the costs for returning the goods.
  • Once the item/s have been received and reviewed, you will either receive your new items (for exchange), or a refund for the cost of the purchase. Refunds will be issued directly to the credit card used for the purchase. Email notification will be sent once the return has been processed. Please allow up to seven days for the refund to process.

Damaged goods

If your item is damaged, faulty, or different to how it was described follow these easy steps:

Take a photo of the item/s.

Send the photo to hello@lashhouse.com.au along with your LASH HOUSE reference number.

Our Lash team will contact you to arrange the return of the product. Once the item/s have been received and reviewed, you will either receive your new items (for exchange), or a refund for the cost of the purchase. Refunds will be issued directly to the credit card used for the purchase. An email notification will be sent once the return has been processed. Please allow up to seven days for the refund to process.
