Need to return something to us?
Lash House is happy to offer customers a return or an exchange for items purchased within the last 30 days. Returns or exchanges are accepted on unopened & unused goods only, returned in as new condition with no damage.
Exchange or Change of Mind
If you wish to exchange your item/s please follow these easy steps:
- Contact our Lash team on firstname.lastname@example.org
- If you are canceling your order because you've changed your mind, please note that you will have to pay the costs for returning the goods.
- Once the item/s have been received and reviewed, you will either receive your new items (for exchange), or a refund for the cost of the purchase. Refunds will be issued directly to the credit card used for the purchase. Email notification will be sent once the return has been processed. Please allow up to seven days for the refund to process.
If your item is damaged, faulty, or different to how it was described follow these easy steps:
Take a photo of the item/s.
Send the photo to email@example.com along with your LASH HOUSE reference number.
Our Lash team will contact you to arrange the return of the product. Once the item/s have been received and reviewed, you will either receive your new items (for exchange), or a refund for the cost of the purchase. What information do we collect, and what is it used for?
Lash House Supplies collect general personal information from customers when they subscribe to our newsletter, and/or place and order with us.
This information can include your Full Name, Email, Contact # Home Address and/or your personal interests e.g. product preferences. This information is used solely to:

– To personalise and improve customer experience.
