Need to return something to us?

Lash House Supplies is happy to offer customers a return or an exchange for items purchased within the last 30 days if goods are deemed faulty and/or damaged. 

Please note for Health and Safety reasons we cannot provide a refund or exchange for change of mind items. 

Exchange 

If you wish to exchange your item/s please follow these easy steps:

  • Contact our Lash team on hello@lashhouse.com.au 
  • Once the item/s have been received and reviewed, you will either receive your new items (for exchange), or a refund for the cost of the purchase. Refunds will be issued directly to the credit card used for the purchase. Email notification will be sent once the return has been processed. Please allow up to seven days for the refund to process.

Damaged goods

If your item is damaged or faulty, follow these easy steps:

Take a photo of the item/s.

Send the photo to hello@lashhouse.com.au along with your LASH HOUSE reference number.

Our Lash team will contact you to arrange the return of the product. Once the item/s have been received and reviewed, you will either receive your new items (for exchange), or a refund for the cost of the purchase. Refunds will be issued directly to the credit card used for the purchase. An email notification will be sent once the return has been processed. Please allow up to seven days for the refund to process.
